One - INFLATION. Due to the significant amount of money printing that happened in 2020, there is a strong belief that inflation will come in 2021. Also, the rapid rise in the 10-year treasury yield has made these fears more profound. As inflation fears rise, so does the price of bitcoin.

TWO - TECHNOLOGY STOCKS. The price of Bitcoin usually moves with technology stocks. Since Bitcoin is seen as tech more then a currency, it tends to trade that way. If you don't believe that tech in do well in 2021, then bitcoin might not do well either.

THREE - BITCOIN'S USABILITY. Bitcoin is not the most effect currency to conduct transactions. This is what caused the last bitcoin crash. Bitcoin acts more like a asset like gold or stocks. If the majority of the market doesn't realize this, then it will cause a massive sell off of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
