The BEST PRACTICE is to buy your Bitcoin from the Exchanges and send to a private Decentralized wallet like Exodus or IM TOKEN, Crypto.com (for the UK), or to a hard wallet which stores your money offline, away from the computer, so Trezor or Ledger hard wallets are good for that purpose.

Coinbase is a good example of a centralised and decentralised Exchange. They believe they control our money and that is not the case with Bitcoin/Crypto, which by default is anonymous, so never mention where the money is going to, just say a friend or you are buying an online course, or something similar – you get the drift.

Coinbase have been known to deactivate accounts for no obvious reason and it can take a couple of weeks, and longer, to get your money out.
Be aware that most platforms that allow money in and out report to the government.
It has been known that Spanish banks, in particular, can embargo accounts for the purchase of crypto and UK banks are being overly strict right now too.
Some people in the UK use Apple Pay through Exodus. The limit is £250 GBP, however you can make two transactions immediately after each other and the BTC is in your Exodus Wallet in minutes.
Or try Tap Global in Gibraltar they are really efficient and very quick. Available to the UK and Europe:

Crypto.com is an Exchange for UK members and comes highly recommended. It’s a tiered system and you can get the basic account without the need to upload your verification documents, so you can test it out. Verification is easy and straightforward if you go that route.
Be aware though that it’s not a full exchange ie trading, makers/takers etc but you can apply for a Visa card and you can exchange fiat for crypto and vice versa.

Starling is the bank Crypto.com use and it’s easy from there, for UK members, to download the Starling app and send in minutes to Cryto.com

BTC Networks is great for Australia, to use with CoinSpot. It’s critical that you don’t mention CFX, MLM and/or Networking. After you have purchased your initial BTC get yourself an external hard wallet, as mentioned above, like Ledger or Trezor and transfer your BTC to it and only ever send and receive BTC to CFX, or anywhere for that matter, via your External Hard Wallet. That way any and all Exchanges only ever see you have sent your money to a private External Hard Wallet.
It’s worth noting that when an Exchange ask where you are sending your money, and they all will at some point to comply with their directives, that the answer can be sending to a friend, or purchasing ‘online training/education’. Mentioning forex trading, MLM or networking will raise an immediate red flag, regardless of the legitimacy of CFX or other forex trading platforms.

When it comes to using your crypto or fiat currency choose a decentralised exchange wisely.

For Jamaica try Paycent -which allows you to manage, transfer and pay using digital assets through the Paycent App or Paycent Visa Card which can be used globally.
Also the Mycelium Wallet - https://www.bitdegree.org/crypto/mycelium-wallet-review

Binance is a reputable exchange that I have used for years to trade, but you cannot, currently, convert BTC and send it to your bank, although you can apply for a Binance Visa Card, load your crypto onto it and spend in the stores and online as you would normally would.

Kraken is an exchange I also use and like crypto.com there is a tiered system. The basic account doesn’t require verification so you can test it out.

IM token is another Exchange/Wallet that comes recommended, check it out by googling im token.

Wirex is an exchange/wallet that is also recommended and you can apply for a visa card from them, check it out: https://wirexapp.com/
Exodus Wallet comes highly recommended, check it out: https://www.exodus.io/

I also highly recommend Trezor as an external hard/cold wallet: https://shop.trezor.io/product/trezor-model-t?offer_id=15&aff_id=5207https://shop.trezor.io/product/trezor-model-t?offer_id=15&aff_id=5207
