This legislation has been submitted for Congress approval. What this does is recognizes Crypto Assets as an Industry, as a real thing. The act proposes to catagorize Crypto into 3 Asset classes
1) Crypto-Currencies-- Coins, Tokens, digital currencies
2) Crypto-Securities-- requires a securities license, ex. real estate, stocks, shares
3) Crypto-Commodities- digital gold, ?bitcoin?, utilities, energy
