Here is what Graham Stephan original said on that video
"YouTube has mistakenly identified my account as spam and sent me an email saying that my channel would be deleted after July 12th for repeated violations. While I have spoken with YouTube about this, there isn't a clear answer as to whether or not a deletion would occur - even if its just temporary or by mistake."
