Tesla stock expectations after $5 billion offering | Short term volatility for long term stability

I had planned to post about AirBnB today, however, after seeing Tesla's 8-K filing this morning I wanted to post an update given that I do have a pretty specific expectation for prices to hit $660.

Tesla stock expectations after $5 billion offering are likely to bring short-term volatility for long-term stability to the company. This will greatly improve their balance sheet and remove any doubt about long term risks with Tesla.

Based on lower timeframe TSLA stock analysis using Elliott Wave I can see a path towards $700 and have increased my limit order in tandem with that expectation.
