Today we experienced a notable red day in stock market history in which my portfolio dropped by 1.55% and lost 1000 dollars. The VOO Vanguard S&P 500 ETF is currently down by 1.86% and is now at the price of $264.43. The SPY SPDR S&P 500 ETF is also down in the red by 1.87% and shares are now available for $287.74. The Dow Jones Industrial Average Market index also fell and is currently at a 288 point decrease (1.17%), which is quite significant. During this video, I reveal my 4 main holdings of VOO, AAPL, MSFT, and TSLA, including their gains for the day. In addition, I discuss the market’s current moves in relation to current events while giving my thoughts on whether another larger stock market crash or recession will occur. Another notable moment in today’s stock market was Tesla stock and its recent drop of 4.44% after Tesla shorts sold in combination with recent Elon Musk comments. Unfortunately I didn’t experience any passive income from Tesla stock today and lost $284. However, I still believe that TSLA will be a great long-term industry-disruptive stock, as stated in other videos.
