After putting Bitcoin on its balance sheet earlier this year, Tesla sold off 2-hundred-72 million U.S. dollars of its holdings and turned a profit.
The company made waves when it announced 1-point-5 billion U.S. dollar Bitcoin purchase in February.
The EV maker sold off roughly 10 percent of its holdings to turn a profit.
Tesla's quarterly earnings report released on Monday showed it made a profit of 4-hundred-38 million U.S. dollars for Q1, with a hundred-and-1 million U.S. dollars of "positive impact" from selling Bitcoin.
