The key is Dinwiddie wants to raise $24.6mil dollars by the summer of 2021 when he becomes a free agent. If he hits that mark he will let fans vote which team he will sign a 1 year deal with. If he doesn't hit that $24.6mil mark then he will donate 100% of the cash raised to charity.
