PayPal currently offers the following Cryptocurrencies:
Bitcoin
Litecoin
Bitcoin Cash
Ethereum

Alongside of this piece, PayPal allows you access to necessary crypto news and bitcoin news so that you can do research before buying. But, the biggest piece to keep in mind is that PayPal is focused more on investing in Bitcoin/etc opposed to using it as a form of tender for a product or service.

Research

That is about it! If you want to use Bitcoin and more for actual payment methods, you'd want to use something like coinbase.com.
