Raoul has been a large advocate of Bitcoin and put a lot of money into both BTC and Ethereum. Raoul also does his best to also explain how powerful it can be when governments start to implement digital currencies. When Governments start to implement digital currencies, they will be able to implement fiscal policy that they never have before. Government will be able to give out stimulus to those who need it directly. If they wanted to give a restaurant 25k, they could now do it directly. Governments will be able to incentivize citizens do things that they want to very easily. It can be a very powerful thing. Both for good and bad. Raoul Pal talks about how well BTC has followed the stock to flow models that have been created. Raoul is also really impressed with how fast the decentralized finance space has taken off.
