In this video, I discuss MicroStrategy's (MSTR) bold new plan to issue senior convertible debt in order to lever up the company and purchase more Bitcoin.

This is a brilliant strategy, because they are borrowing money in a devaluing currency (USD) in order to buy more real scarce money (Bitcoin).

Michael Saylor appears to be on his way to converting his software company's stock into a levered Bitcoin ETF play.
