How the Algo works:
1. timer set to run each script via cron job
2. aquire current market bid
3. place buy order x below bid
4. place sell order x above bid
5. market gyrates and fills each order at its own pace
6. all orders are post only limit orders, and each order receives a maker fee, helping offset any weakness in the underlying crypto trade.
7. diversification may take place, we may be short bitcoin, and long ether, or long both, all depends on market conditions and fluctuations.
