Instead of storing physical currency, the wallet stores relevant information such as secure private keys to access Bitcoin and address and carry out transactions. Watch the video till the end to learn the step-by-step process of how you can recover your account. To recover your account:
1. Open your Bitcoin Wallet application.
2. From the homepage, go to the Settings button at the bottom right.
3. Click on secure funds at the top of the screen, and log in to your Bitcoin account. To Log-in your Bitcoin account, tap on Sign in with Google. You will need to log in with your Google account.
4. Enter your Google credentials. You can either enter your email or your phone number associated with our Google account.
5. Tap on Next.
6. On the next page, enter your password. If you don't remember your password for your Google account and you like to recover it:
7. Tap on Forgot password. You will receive an email with the verification code sent to your email.
8. Go open your mail, copy the code and paste it into the text field.
9. Tap on Next. 10. Create a password that you would like to reset.
11. Confirm the password by typing it one more time. You can double-check your password by clicking on the Show password box.
12. Tap on Save password at the bottom of the screen.
13. Go ahead and tap on Sign in with Google.
14. Select your account. That's how you will be able to recover your Bitcoin wallet with a new password on your Google account.
