In this video, I discuss the differences between high time preference people and low time preference people, and how Bitcoin rewires your brain to become more low time preference.

High time preference people would rather rent, eat fast food, sleep around, spend more than they earn, accumulate debt, trade altcoins, and outsource their crypto education to altcoin promoters.

Low time preference people are working to own their own homes, eat healthy food, invest in long-term relationships and raising children, spending less than they earn and investing the rest, eliminating student loan and credit card debt, investing substantial time into learning about how Bitcoin actually works, and hodling Bitcoin forever for themselves and their children's children.

The fiat standard encourages high time preference behavior (excessive spending and consumerism, addictive processed foods, loading up people with debt), while the Bitcoin standard rewires your brain to prefer low time preference behavior like investing in yourself, your family, and your civilization

For this reason, you will never learn about central banks and money printing in school, because the fiat financial system needs you to remain ignorant.
