Given the recent price appreciation of Bitcoin back to a respectable level above the 20 week moving average (MA), the path of least resistance may in fact be for Ethereum to follow suit. The key thing to watch is just whether Bitcoin can hold this level. If BTC gets comfortable at this price range, or even slowly moves up, we might expect to see Ethereum make another move back to $400.
