The Price of Chia has been all the news lately and I just wrote an article on what a PB Chia Farming setup would cost and projected some returns over a 4 year period. This seemed like a good mashup topic! While I am not making any Chia Price Predictions in this video, I do outline a 4 year projection for a 1-2 PB farm using some assumptions to arrive at an interesting internal rate of return (IRR) range. These numbers are estimates and should have a complete Statement of Cashflows, but I applied a discount to the project instead to cover what I estimate them to be without spending a lot more time on this. This is not financial advice, cryptocurrency is super volatile. It is a thought experiment that outlines a range of prices and returns and a few conclusions that I arrive at which gives me some things to watch for as I grow my own Chia Mining Operation out.
