- createrawtransaction - to begin creating the transaction
- fundrawtransaction - this where you set your own change address
- signrawtransaction - you can either sign it with wallet or private key. i am have many address to consolidate i just sign it with wallet `signrawtransactionwithwallet`
- and broadcast. you can use the command line `sendrawtransaction` or to a website like bitaps.com
