History of Money
In ancient times beaded jewelry was used as currency. the oldest beads found were made of ostrich eggs which they wore to ward off evil and as a sign of higher status in the society. When people attempted to find what caused them to think of an ostrich egg as sacred they discovered that ostrich egg was also used as a container which acted as an insurance plan to prevent hunger in the future. This made them think of ostrich egg as a symbol of good fortune. Money is in a similar way just a symbol of the wealth.
Rai stones were used in Yap island as currency these stones were very close to the bitcoins.
