BITCOIN BEST PERFORMING ASSET IN 2020! |Kanye West Bitcoin US President? |Crypto in UAE, KENYA & UK!

American rapper, song-producer and entrepreneur Kanye West has just announced that he is running for president of the United States of America.

So far, the Twitter community has largely reacted positively to the announcement, and West has already drawn support from several big names, including Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk and claimed presidential candidate John McAfee. This could actually be quite good for Bitcoin if yeezy were to become president because in a 2018 interview with television personality Charlamagne, West mentioned his dissatisfaction with the style of $20 dollar bill

Former Disney child star and Bitcoin entrepreneur Brock Pierce is the latest celebrity to jump into the 2020 race. Pierce - now an entrepreneur known for his work in the cryptocurrency industry, a recent Forbes report stated that Pierce's net worth was estimated to be between $700 million and $1 billion in early 2018, and funds a number of cryptocurrency companies.

UAE based property developer EMAAR plans to pilot tokenization of its real estate assets using the Hedera Hashgraph distributed ledger technology (DLT). EMAAR’s assets include the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, which the executive claims is one of the assets to be tokenized.

Famous Senegalese-American musician and a known blockchain supporter Akon, is setting up a blockchain hub in Kenya. Dubbed the “Kenyan Opportunity Hub”, the new venture aims to promote blockchain and artificial intelligence.

United Kingdom’s Financial Conduct Authority(FCA) research estimates that 2.6 million people has bought cryptocurrency in U.K. Report Further Sates that 73% of adults now have heard of crypto, compared to 42% last year.

Bitcoin is up 27 % compared to gold, silver and platinum, taking a closer look at this chart we can see that Bitcoin dropped further than gold here in March 2020 when all investor markets crashed badly. Since then bitcoin has rallied higher than gold, silver & platinum to date with a 27% return this year so far. Silver and platinum showing negative return for investors this year
